What vehicles do you offer for hire?

Our fleet includes a lincoln towncar, chrystler 300, chevy suburban, lincoln navigator, honda Odyssey, ford expedition, ford transit, lincoln stretch, ford expedition stretch and a party bus.

What are your rates?

Rates vary by vehicle type and destination. We offer flat rates for airport transportation and hourly rates based on the vehicle you choose and minimum time requirements. All rates can be obtained by calling our office at 732-421-8385. Down payments are required for specialty vehicles and are non-refundable if cancellations are made within a certain time period. See cancellation policy.

How do I make a reservation and what information do you need?

You can make a reservation by calling 732-421-8385, text message or e-mail. We will soon be offering online booking. At the time of booking the reservation specialist will need to know the pick up time, address, destination, number of passengers, amount of luggage and return information including fight number and airline if returning from the airport. Payment is not required at the time of booking, but a credit card will be placed on file in the event of cancellations. See cancellation policy.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

We recommend making a reservation at least 24-hours in advance for sedans and minivans, a week in advance for Luxury SUV's and a month in advance for party buses, stretch limos and sprinters.

Will I get a confirmation?

All reservations are saved by name and a copy will be sent upon request. You will receive confirmation via text 24 hours prior to your reservation date.

What forms of payment do you take?

We take all major credit cards, personal and business checks and venmo. Payment can be made directly to the driver at the time of service.

Do you provide child safety seats?

Yes, we offer booster seats and harness seats at $5 a seat. You are welcome to bring your own and have them left with our office for an additional $10.

Airport Transfers

Where do I meet my driver?

Your chauffeur will send you a text message with their name and number so that once you arrive at the airport you can have direct contact with your chauffeur. Once you clear customs (for international customers) and have your bags, you walk out curbside and inform the chauffeur what terminal, level and door you are standing at for pick up. We can arrange inside pick-ups for an additional fee.

Do you charge for a wait?

At airports, we allow 30 minutes for domestic flights and 1 hour for international flights at no additional fee. Additional wait times will apply for excessive wait periods.

At homes and businesses, we allow 20 minutes to load the vehicle before wait times are applied.

Rates and Billing

What is the cancellation policy?

In a sedan, if you cancel less than six hours before your scheduled pick up time, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee. We require at least 24-hour notice to change or cancel your reservation for suv’s, and limousines, and may require longer notice for all other specialty vehicles. Please speak with a Reservation Agent for additional policies regarding cancellations.

Why do you ask for a credit card number when I make my reservation?

To hold your reservation, we need a credit card from you. We will not charge the card until the day before your trip. Our company uses the credit card number taken at the time of your order for this purpose. Your reservation charges will show up on this credit card if you do not cancel your service in advance.

Do I have to pay with the credit card provided during reservation set up?

No the credit card taken during the set up of your reservation is just to hold your reservation. You can use any other card or form of payment at the time your trip takes place.

Can I get a receipt?

Yes, simply ask the driver at the time of service or call our office at 732-421-8385 to obtain a copy.
